职位：销售行政助理

职责：
1. 提供报价单给客户；
2. 向供应商下订单采购备件；
3. 准备设备及零配件的进口报关资料；
4. 接收货物和安排客户订单发货；
5. 给客户开具增值税发票；

要求：
1. 大专以上学历，国际贸易或商务英语专业；
2. 英语四级以上，听说读写流利；
3. 团队合作，优秀的中英文沟通能力；
4. 精通办公软件， 如， Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint；
5. 愿意长期与公司共同成长
6. 有贸易或进出口公司工作经验者优先

Position: Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide quotation to customers;
2 Place order to supplier;
3. Prepare paperwork for custom clearance;
4. Collect ordered goods and arrange delivery to customers;
5. Issue VAT invoice to customer

Requirements:
1. College degree in International Commerce or Commerce English of education; must know international trading knowledge and custom clearance procedure.
2. Good at listening, speaking, writing English.
3. Team spirit, and good Chinese and English Communication skills.
Working experience from trading company would be preferred
