职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Execute the maintenance of the machines andequipments according to the preventive maintenance plan in order to minimum the machine downtime ; 为了减少设备停机,根据年度预防性维护工作计划,执行预防性维修工作.
2. Execute the trouble shooting of the machines, equipment according to machine instruction in order to ensure the machine be repaired qualified and quickly; 参照机床相关手册执行设备故障维修工作，确保机床在出现故障时能够得到及时修复。
3. Assist the maintenance supervisor to draft the maintenance instruction and yearly preventive maintenance plan of the machines; 协助维修主管编制维修相关文件和年度预防性维修计划
4. Assist maintenance supervisor to draft annual spare-part purchasing list and maintenance budget, issue purchasing request in time upon purchasing plan. 协助维修主管编制年度机床备件采购计划及相关预算，并按照计划及时采购.
5. Participate the installation of machines and equipment in order to ensure the schedule for the installation；参加安装和调试设备保证按照要求完成安装实施.
6. Execute the maintenance training to the operators in order to improve the operators' competence of daily maintenance. 培训设备操作者日常保养及简单维修维护工作，提高操作者日常维修能力。.
7. Analyze repetitive problems and find corrective & preventive actions. 分析重复性故障并提出解决疑难问题的方法和预防措施.
8. Other tasks arranged by supervisor.主管安排的其它工作.
9. Complies with safety operating procedures to ensure the safety of persons and equipment without accident. 依据EHS规章制度组织维修，确保人员安全

EXPERIENCE：
? 3 years or above maintenance experience to machines in workshop; 三年以上车间维修机加工设备的经验.
? Familiar with maintenance of NC/CNC system (FANUC/SIEMENS preferred);熟悉数控系统 (发那科,西门子等)
EDUCATION：
? College or above in Electric Engineering major or the relative 大专或以上学历，主修电气或机械相关的学科
LICENCES & CERTIFICATES：
? Electric Operation License is must 必须有电工证件
? Forklift Driving License is preferred 最好有叉车证件
OTHER INFORMATION：
? Basic computer skill; 计算机基本操作技能
? English(3): With the ability to read technical English fluently, basic oral English is preferred; 流利阅读英文设备说明书并具备基本的口语能力
