职位描述：
生产计划
Production Plan
1，统计产品库存,根据客户需求制定每周,每日生产计划；
Conduct statistics of the product inventory and formulate weekly and daily production plan according to the customer demands;
2，制作并分配生产工单；
Formulate and allocate the production work order;
3，跟踪实际生产情况,调整生产计划。
Keep track of the production and adjust the production plan.

物料计划
Materials Plan
1，查看客户公共网实时订单及预测；
Check and forecast the real-time order of customers on the public network;
2，根据客户需求及生产计划制定物料采购计划；
Formulate materials purchase plan according to the customer demands and production plan;
3，监督与协调物料到货时间及数量；
Conduct supervision and coordination on the delivery time and the amount of materials;
4，监督与控制库存；
Supervise and control the warehouse;
5，协助库存物料库龄分析和呆滞物料的处理。
Coordinate in the inventory aging analysis of the inventory materials and handle the slow-moving materials.

其他
Others
1，编制、分析生产和物料库存报表；
Prepare and analyze the production and materials inventory statement;
2，完成上级领导交办的其它工作；
Complete other work assigned by the superior leaders;
3，完成相关部门的协办工作。
Complete the cooperation work with the related Departments.



任职要求 Requirements
Bachelor degree, at least 3 years planning or related experience
Familiar with planning process
Experience in automotive or mechanical industry
Strong communication skills
Familiar with SAP transactions
Fluent English both in oral and written
