Principle activities
? Training strategy: Participate in working out a training strategy/ concepts/comprehensive qualification measures and ensure that the agreed on training processes in the region accounted for are implemented, in compliance with the specific national/local conditions and the overall corporate strategy as per agreement with the Supervisor. Work out and recommend demand-oriented personnel planning that are derived from the training strategy.
? Planning: Compile and coordinate the annual budget and investment planning based on the strategic and operational targets within HR. Set up, agree on and pursue targets and measures with the employees in the area of responsibility. Take and monitor corrective action and inform the supervisor in the event of any deviations.
? Recruit and select apprentices to ensure the recruiting process at each of the training sites in cooperation with the specialized departments in compliance with the internal DRX specifications and directives. Support the sites in recruiting personnel to be qualified with regards to determining eligibility.
? Coordination and Control (Training and Qualification): Ensure demand-oriented, systematic qualification in compliance with the specific conditions at each site and general legal conditions. Participate in planning training and qualification modules, compile handouts for employees responsible for training and their training courses. Ensure local training and qualification processes and functional supervision and leadership of the involved personnel.
? Monitoring: Define and update the qualification process including individual process steps, tasks, responsibilities, associated documents, etc. Monitor the training processes, including individual training steps and evaluations and intervene in the case of major deviations and take the necessary counter-measures, and/or take personnel action in conflict situations.
? External contacts: Set up and maintain contact to e.g. Chambers of Commerce, vocational schools, employment offices, government bodies etc. to support the training process and exchange information.
? External training / dual studies: Set up and maintain contact to external companies for the purpose of carrying out external training in the case of free resources/capacities (e.g. machines, equipment) within the DRX Group for better use of internal resources. If necessary, set up learning location cooperation or dual studies for the purpose of determining required qualifications at low cost.
? Market research: Carry out regular market research activities with regards to newly developed jobs or changes to existing job profiles in agreement with the trainers with regards to importance/need for adjustment within the DRX Group within the scope of the training strategy and deriving recommendations on implementation right up to ensuring they are implemented.
? Marketing: Work out and implement marketing action to enhance the image of the DRX Group as an attractive employer in the area of training and qualification, in cooperation with the involved organisation.
? Develop the optimization of processes, equipment and systems.
? Assure the compliance with process and procedure instructions.
? Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations within the scope of legislation.
? Responsible for EHS management of the department, identification of environment aspect and hazard source, taking actions to correct / prevent / review them.
Job requirements
? Specialized knowledge / education:
? University degree (Master) or comparable qualification
? Mechanical major background
? Fluent in English
? Work experience:
? 0~3 years of experience in training management
? Additional knowledge:
? Leadership, communication, able to work in a team, organizational skills, able to work under pressure, holistic way of thinking, target-oriented,
