职位描述：
1. 计划并执行所有设备的维护和问题处理;保障所有设备的正常运行.
Plan and implement the all the maintenance for all equipment and troubleshooting; Keep all the equipment in good condition.
2. 给所有设备订购配件;合理有效的建立零部件库存和预算.
Order the spare parts for all the equipment; Found and maintain the spare parts safety stock.
3.控制和维护设备维修和维护数据.
Control and maintain the repairing and maintenance data of all equipment.
4.编辑培训文件,提供给操作者新设备培训.
Supply training for operators about new machine, and compile training documentation.
5. 负责完成日常使用的专业技术资料的搜集、管理工作;
协助部门主管完成和维护TPM系统.
Collect and manage maintenance technical documents; Assist department manager finishing equipment TPM system.
6.检查操作者的自主维护;保障维护体系正常运行.
Monitor the progress of first line maintenance; Keep maintenance systems running properly.
7.进行设备改进工作;提出合理化建议.
Improvement of equipment; Make improvement suggestions.

任职资格:
大学学历，工程、电子、机电等相关专业
Has undergraduate degree and major in industrial engineering, electron, electric, mechanism, electromechanical, etc.

相关领域3年以上的工作经验。
At least 3 years working experience in relative field

熟悉电气系统, 气动系统, 液压系统, 机械系统,TPM和电脑程序操作.问题分析与解决的能力
Knowledge of various electrical systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, TPM and PC program. Problem analysis and solving.

英语较好，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作。预防和纠正维修的决策能力。与设备供应商有效沟通的能力。
Be good at English and computer. Be skillful in communication and team work (verbal and written). Can determine specific activities for preventive and corrective maintenance. Can communicate effectively with equipment suppliers. 举报 分享
