职位描述：
Main task (to start) is matching invoices which means check every invoice on:
 主要职责是核对每张发票是否符合要求，包括
- Goods received reconciles to # goods ordered
        收货数量与订单数量是否相符
- Price per item is equal to price on invoice (small differences allowed)
        每一个产品的发票单价与订单是否相符
- If there is a match the invoice can be accepted -> click on button accept
         如果发票上所列项目全部符合，则在系统中确认
- If there is no match the invoice must be send to the purchaser for advice (purchasers in
         China already work via ISP). Purchasers are instructed to send only invoices back to AP if
         they can be matched. Depending on the issue a credit note is attached, goods are crapped,
         如果发票上所列项目有不符之处，必须发给采购部门进行核实。采购部须将所有发票不符项目更正后才可将发票发回给财务部。只有在收到贷项通知后，相关货物才可进行报废等相应处理。
- Contact and discuss with suppliers calling for info regarding (late) FE payments and or
        directly contact suppliers to clarify non matched PO lines.
    与相关采购人员或者直接与供应商就超期未付款项目中的不符合项目进行讨论、沟通。

- understand, speak and write English
       良好的英语读、写、理解能力
- have strong communication skills (no fear to contact or going into conflict with purchasers
        in case of mismatches)
       很强的沟通能力，包括处理发票不符合项时，能够善于处理可能发生的冲突
- One year experience
       一年以上相关工作经验
