职位描述：
1. 配合公司政策，在公司范围内积极适时导入精益理念
Strengthen Lean company-wide in line with the company strategy and targets.
- 精益生产的宣传造势Lean production education
- 精益生产的不断学习、导入和应用Continuous learning, introduce and implementation
- 建立、执行减少浪费的分析，并推广可衡量的有清晰KPI的改善。
2. 与公司团队一起，制订和协调精益生产计划 Create and cooperate Lean plan with company management team
   - 价值流图的绘制与分析管理 Create VSM and analysis
- 导入A3方法学 Introduce A3 methodology
- 识别和支持管理层指定的项目 Identify top down (MT) projects
- 6S和6S目视化管理 6S and visualization of 6S on shop floor
- 培训团队识别浪费并有计划的消除浪费 Train team to identify waste and eliminate waste in plan
- 标准化工作Standard work
- 建立拉动系统Set up pull system
- 优化流程 Optimize process
- 支持小组活动 Support Small Group activities
- 执行Poke Yoke方案 Implement Poke Yoke solutions
- 产线平衡 Line balancing
- 建立和主导生产项目 Set-up and drive productivity programs
3. 推动持续改进系统，定期的改进报告 Facilitate continues improvement, regularly report out
4. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。 Colleges, University degree
2. 深入理解和熟知精益，至少三年实际操行经验，包括精益推广、生产工程和（或）工业工程。
Deep understanding of Lean, and at least 3 years working experience in lean operations, manufacturing engineering and/or industrial engineering.
3. 了解TPM知识 Understanding and knowledge about TPM
4. 接受过公司内部/外部相关精益培训，熟练掌握各种精益工具。具有领导力，解决问题的能力。
Internal/External Lean training, Lean tools. High leadership and problem solving skill.
5. TPM知识、根本原因分析、5个WHY TPM, RCCA, 5 WHY’s etc...
6. 项目管理、时间管理、SMED分析，英语良好，良好的沟通及协调能力；团队合作意识；激励和领导团队，熟练使用各种办公、绘图软件。
