职位描述：
Tasks:
A. Guarantees definition and implementation of Commodity Strategy and action plan in accordance with the Purchasing Director, coherently with the business goals;
B. Ensures the definition of purchasing strategies for the managed product areas (Commodities), according with the budget;
C. Ensures the connection with the referring Divisions / BUs acting as purchasing business partners;
D. Ensures the control of supplying costs, contractual condition and framework agreement for the area of his/her responsibility, according with the Purchasing Director guidelines, in order to develop suppliers and them supply services;
E. Guarantees at a global level an efficient and effective negotiation with direct and indirect suppliers within purchasing processes for the Commodity of his/her responsibility, in order to reach the required Brembo standards(Terms & Conditions, ACS, SCTO);
F. Ensures analysis and assessment of the offer requests for the correct ascription of supply services considering suppliers competitiveness regarding the referring market values;
G. Cooperates with the Supplier Development Manager, the Advanced Purchasing Platforms Manager and the Country Purchasing Manager to search and select new suppliers, according to needs and eventual input given by the business;
H. Guarantees the correct management of his/her area purchasing budget fixed in accordance with the Purchasing Director;
I. Cooperates with the other functions or internal dept. to select the quality, quantity and time parameters for the delivery;
J. Contributes to the formulation of efficient and effective purchasing programs, according with the supply needs of Brembo;
K. Ensures the coordination and supervision of his/her Team of Buyer activities, motivating them and stimulating their necessary proactivity;
L. Ensures the compliance of rules and procedures of the purchasing functions;
M. Provides support to the suppliers in activating strategies and techniques needed to conserve or reach the adequate quality standards, in line with the Brembo needs and according to the referring laws and regulations.

Requirements:
A. More than ten years working experience in purchasing area,foundry plant experience is a plus;
B. Bachelor degree and above;
C. Major in Engineering;
