职位描述：
? Responsible for on-schedule construction of prototypes, components, structural groups and samples in order to ensure that the promised delivery dates are adhered to.
? Support Development and trials in new technologies and processes we well as new materials.
Transfer knowledge and provide support in transfer to Production
? Participate in planning and optimizing production sequences
? Check quality/deadlines/expense in the assigend area of responsibility; if necessary take the appropriate action as agreed on with the supervisor.
? Ensure construction of the components for prototype construction within the required schedule
? Accomplish tasks efficiently and provide support in the area of assembly, thermoforming, welding, foaming, parts production, rework, assembly, maintenance of the assigned units.
? Ensure increased technical sophistication of the parts and confirm improvements
? Fully document production orders and provide feedback
? Transfer pre-series and series know-how to Production
? Detail area parts production
? Introduce and document changes
? Train and instruct the assigned people from other areas and from series sites and plants
? Adopt development specifications and replicate components, structural groups and sample parts
? Increase technical sophistication of production equipment, e.g. for assembly fixtures, etc.
? Support the following areas:
- Development DST
- Prototype development
? Participate in establishing technologies, machines, units and tools for the construction of prototype, components and structural groups
? Support and develop new technologies in this area
? Monitor and/or carry out coordination and optmization work when new products are launched, connected with prototypes pre-series parts, units, fixtures
? Technical support in pre-series and series production during start-ups, bottlenecks and troubleshooting
？ Participate in projects

学历 ？ Technician or very good knowledge of automotive interior acquired in other ways
Work experience:
