Management delegate
Acts as management delegate on behalf of the Senior Manager Quality Systems China
· Management system:
Assure the correct operational implementation and maintenance of the Dräxlmaier Process Management (DPM) at site DAC, DEC and DIC. Assure effective implementation of TS16949 and ISO14001. Coordinate significant environmental aspects reviews.
Cooperate in creating central process work instructions and assure their implementation at the site. Ensures open lines of communication between QM, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, other departments in the organization / plants.
Assure that necessary QM documentation is maintained, support the creators of work instructions, release local work instructions, and regularly check that local standard documentation is up to date.
Communicate weaknesses in implementing the management system or noncompliance with standardized or customer requirements to QM. Coordinate management system related improvement activities.
Assure a functioning document management system for controlling of document and data at the site according to DPM guidelines and customer specific requirements (such norms, standards, etc.).
· Training
Train associates in the basic QM / EM system and process management topics (such as the management handbook, DPM, corporate goals, higher-level process work instructions)
Central contact person at site DEC for QM / EM system questions
· Internal system audit
Coordinate internal audits in audit preparation and readiness based on QM systems and processes at site DEC, according to the audit detail plan agreed upon with the lead auditor in accordance with the guidelines from QM.
Provide continuous audit support, moderate the definition of cause analyses, introduce corrective actions, assure that they are implemented smoothly and conduct the effectiveness check with the responsible process owner. Notify QM when the actions are completed.
Function as co-auditor in internal audits (QM / EM) if requested by central QM
· Process Audits of Manufacturing Processes acc. to VDA 6.3
Establish, maintain and communicate yearly audit plan. Establish coordinate internal process audit team. Conduct audits, prepare and distribute audit reports in a timely manner. Moderate the definition of cause analyses, introduce corrective actions, assure that they are implemented smoothly and conduct the effectiveness check with the responsible process owner.
· External audits
Coordinate and cooperate in external system audits (TS 16949, ISO 14001, CCC) at site DAC in audit preparation and readiness according to the audit detail plan agreed with the lead auditor (TÜV).
Cooperate audit detail plan, coordinate travel plan, provide continuous audit support, and moderate the definition of cause analyses, introduce corrective actions, assure their smooth implementation and conduct the effectiveness test with the responsible process owner. Notify QM when the actions are completed.
· Customer system audits
Coordinate and cooperate customer specific system audits (e.g. BMW re-qualification audit, GM QSB audit…) at the site. Cooperate in the definition of audit detail plan, coordinate travel plan, moderate the definition of root cause analyses, introduce corrective actions, assure their smooth implementation and conduct effectiveness test with the responsible process owner and customer.
· CCC requirements (if applicable)
Ensure that the requirements of the Chinese Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Motor Vehicles Products are implemented and updated regularly as changes become available. Ensure that CCC certified products comply with the Chinese product standard at all times.
· Prevention:
Promote and implement preventive quality techniques during the entire production process. Search for, find and promote suitable methods and quite all participants toward a long-term quality philosophy.
· Management evaluation:
Support in coordinating the reporting system to the site manager and the quality assurance manager of the production group, as part of evaluating the management system. Prepare, assure completeness of QM management evaluation information for management reviews, and follow up on timely completion of corrective actions for reviews, report required management review information to QM.
Escalation of management evaluations not conducted in a timely manner to division QM. Implement and maintain a reporting structure throughout the organization based on the DPM processes and their corresponding KPI's that are identified as relevant for the organization. Defines the standards and validates the information sources.
Customer Requirements·
Evaluate the impact of changes in customer requirements on the management system and information to the organization of such changes.
· DPM process design
Enhance existing DPM process or create new process if required in coordination with the related departments. The target is to have reliable and transparent inter-functional processes.

任职要求:
· Technical/business education with corresponding professional experience
· Approx. 3 years experience in automotive quality or comparable professional experience
· ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and VDA 6.3 auditor qualifications
· Solid knowledge of customer specific requirements
· Knowledge of CCC requirements
· Basic Quality Tools
· Control Plan, FMEA, Process Flow
· Good English and / or good German skills
