1. 管理应付账款业务。将从供应商取得的发票录入SAP系统，监督收货、订单与发票的一致性，检查发票的有效性。维护相关业务的SAP 系统。提交资金付款计划，安排付款.
To manage the account payable, input the invoice into SAP system which from the supplier, maintain relative work in SAP. to submit the payment plan and arrange the payment.
2. 定期与供应商进行对账,对应付款项进行分析且出具报告。
To reconcile with supplier regularly.
to analyze the account payable and make report.
3. 协助出纳完成现金的月度盘点。
Coordinate on monthly Cash physical count.
4. 协助荷兰总公司进行存货的管理。
Support Fokker NL for stock management.
5. 协助完成工商局、招商局等政府部门完成公司文件的变更，备案及证书的年检等工作。
Preparing the documents for the government about the company licenses changing and annual check.
6. 协助相关部门处理关于订单、收货、发货过程中遇到的问题。
Support internal departments for the problems relative to PO, receive and delivery goods, etc..
7. 部门内控工作的参与。
任职要求：
1. 专科以上学历Junior college degree or above
2. 财务会计相关专业Finance major relevant
3. 三年以上会计工作经验At least 3 years working experience as an accountant
4. 会计证Accounting entry certificate
会计师及以上职称为佳Accountant technical title or above is preferred
5. 熟练使用财务软件Be familiar with financial software
解决问题的能力Strong problem solving skills
熟练使用各种办公软件, 尤其是word 和ExcelBe familiar with office software, especially word & excel
良好的英语读写能力Good English reading and writing skills
良好的沟通能力，团队合作意识Be good at communication and team work.
