Job Description：

1.Complete the recruiting task of corresponding department according to the recruiting plan,make annual recruiting plan.

按照招聘计划完成对应部门的招聘任务,年度招聘计划等。

2.Handle daily direct recruiting and develop the recruiting channel

直接员工日常招聘及招聘渠道拓展

3.Responsible for employee relationship, such as satisfaction survey, employee symposium, etc. Supporting HR team to handle employee relationship issues, including labor arbitration,HR dispute,industrial accident and so on.

负责员工关系，如：员工满意度调查，员工座谈等。负责支持整个人事小组的劳动关系处理，含劳动争议的处理，人事纠纷,工伤事故的处理等

4.Coordinate with the training team for the orientation training and transfer training

协助培训组完成新员工入职培训及转岗培训

5.Responsible for contract signing according to the HR policy；Manage the contract.

根据人事政策完成合同签订;合同管理

6.Handle the transfer procedure, on board procedure, leaving procedure and other HR procedure

员工转岗、入离职手续等人事手续的办理

7.Manage the Personnel Announcement, HR document and HR system

员工任命书的管理，人事档案的管理及人事系统的管理

8.Handle employee relationship issues of BA China plants, especially the urgent case, responsible for the labor arbitration. Fulfill HR Project in China assigned by superior, including: set up a new plant, close a plant and so on.

处理中国区各工厂的劳动关系，尤其是紧急事件，负责劳动仲裁。完成上级布置的中国范围内人力资源项目，包括建立新工厂、关闭工厂等。

9.Draw up,formulat and modify the related HR policy,provide the internal consultant of labour law and other related laws.

人力资源相关政策方案草拟、制定、修改等，并提供劳动法等相关法律的公司内部咨询。

10.Maintain the HR basic data and analyze it regularly, do the report according to the requirement of the superior

维护人事数据并对人事数据进行定期分析，按公司要求制作报告。

Job Specifications
General requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, majored in Human Resources, law or related；

本科学历，人力资源、法律或相关专业

2.More than 3 years related experience, working in plant or direct recruiting experience is a plus;

三年以上工作经验，有工厂工作经验或者直接员工招聘经验者尤佳。

3.Advanced MS office skills including Excel, Word

办公自动化熟练，Excel, Word

4.General command of English.

英语能日常交流即可

5.Familiar with Labor Law and have experience in arbitrary

熟悉劳动法，有劳动仲裁经验

6. Strong communication skill

7.Willing to travel
