职位描述：
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 管理审核小组并确保审核工作有效开展
Manage the audit team and internal audit process running in effective way.
3. 策划内审计划并得到相关经理的批准.按计划有效地进行审核
Plan internal audit annual schedule and get approval from authorized manager.Conduct all types audit defined in the annual plan.
4. 与相关责任经理沟通审核中发现的问题
Communicate the audit finding with responsible manager
5. 追踪审核过程中发现的问题状况
Track actions status for internal audit findings
6. 对优化内审过程提出合理化建议
Give suggestions for optimizing internal audit process
7. 向管理层定期报告内审情况和开口和过期的问题
Make a regular internal audit report to MT and highlight the open or overdue case
8. 通过预审核方式支持客户和第三方审核
Support customer or 3rd party audit by conducting pre-audit
9. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
10. 执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
11. 公司代表安排的其他工作。Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
任职资格:
1. 大学，电子电气专业或技校毕业多年相关产品经验
With university education , major in electron or electric, or has the several years’ experience of working for related production after graduation from the technical school.
2. 五年以上相关工作经验
Has corresponding working experience and the working experience should be more than 5 years.
3. 有体系/供应商/项目的质量审核经验，熟悉质量工具8D/ Q-pulse和过程的审核方法
Meet requirements in EH02 about internal auditor, familiar with quality tooling such as 8D & Q-pulse process audit approach.
4. 英语较好，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作
Be good at English and computer. Be skillful in communication and team work.
