职位描述：
1. 在保证公司的能源和厂房设施安全、有效的运行的基础上，优化厂房设施配置，提出改善方案。
Ensure the company facilities safety and efficient operation, optimize configuration of workshop facilities, provide improve proposal.
Support creating standard work
2．识别并消除厂房设施使用中存在的安全隐患。
Identify and eliminate security risk in facilities using.
3．支持和执行公司设施的改造或新建项目工程，并对施工中的进度、质量、工艺、安全、外来人员控制、验收、整改等环节进行监督和控制。
Execute and support company facilities reform or new- built project, supervise and control the construction related process, safety, quality etc.
4. 对厂房设施技术人员进行工作安排、监督、指导。制定维修操作流程，确保维修人员操作安全、恰当。建立良好的清洁整理习惯。
Supervise and direct facility technicians’ work, prioritize workload. Set up maintenance operation process, ensure good safety operation practice. Establish good housekeeping habit.
5. 制定并执行厂房设施维护计划，避免故障。
Make and execute facilities maintenance plan, avoid downtime.

任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，电气、机械相关专业
College or equivalent working experience and industry knowledge incorporating electric or mechanics certifications..
2. 七年以上基础设施维修工作经验
Above 7 year maintain basic establishment experience.
3. 了解掌握消防知识和法律法规。了解掌握国家安全生产的方面的法律法规
了解企业变配电设施、上下水实施、空调设施等的维修与保养知识
Understand the knowledge of fire-control, Laws and regulations
Understand the laws and regulations of state production safety
Understand the knowledge of protection and maintenance of power distribution, power transformation equipment, adjust the water flowing and the equipment of air conditioner.
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的沟通及协调能力；
熟练使用各种办公、绘图软件。
厂房设施规划维修技能。
人员管理技能。
Good English skills, good communication and corporation skills;
Good at MS office software, drawing software.
