PROCESS ENGINEERING 25%
1.Assists in production more to set up and qualify new equipment process
2.Assists in specification and requisition of new equipment
3.Assists in quotation processing
4.Provides specialized knowledge and experience in the manufacturing process for a particular line of products that is helpful to coordinate in design and refinement of similar products.
FACTORY TECH SERVICE 20%
1.Follows factory processes for conformance to quality and production standards
2.Prepares and updates production related document ( WI, PFMEA, Control plan, Quality Record etc.);
3.Assists factory personnel as facilitator in production problems solving.
4.Monitors and aids production in reducing waste and defective
5.Observes methods and improves existing processes when possible to obtain required quality standards the minimum manufacturing costs.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT 25%
1.Performs initial checks and approves revised molds, tools, and equipment.
2.Prepares and ships necessary samples required for customer product approval
3.Reviews manufacturing specifications and issues specification changes
4.Develops most efficient production methods, carry out lean manufacturing methods.
5.Improves equipment layout, assists in the design of tooling and fixtures used in production.
REPORTING AND RECORDING 15%
1.Prepares reports on status of projects, results of inspections and other data.
2.Attends global conference calls
MISCELLANEOUS 15%
1.Assists inspection and quality personnel with product quality, customer returns, and complaints
2.Other jobs assigned by managers
