Job Responsibilities:

· Work with content experts to design, develop and revise a variety of activities and materials for L&D courses, programs, products and support services
· Facilitate L&D courses, programs and support services to help employees maintain and improve their job knowledge and skills. Select, assign and prepare non-L&D facilitators as needed
· Using a variety of methods, conduct needs assessment activities to establish learning objectives and evaluation strategies
· Collect and analyze learning quality and efficiency data; identify and implement recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Minimum 1 year work experience in training-related experience
· Good communication skills and solid facilitation skills
· English fluency and English language editing abilities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
· Basic instructional design/development skills
