Job Responsibilities:

1.Work with content experts to design, develop and revise a variety of activities and materials for L&D courses, programs, products and support services.

2.Facilitate L&D courses, programs and support services to help employees maintain and improve their job knowledge and skills. Select, assign and prepare non-L&D facilitators as needed.

3.Using a variety of methods, conduct needs assessment activities to establish learning objectives and evaluation strategies.

4.Collect and analyze learning quality and efficiency data; identify and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.Minimum 1 year work experience in training-related experience.

3.Good communication skills and solid facilitation skills.

4.English fluency and English language editing abilities.

5.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

6.Basic instructional design/development skills.
