Job Responsibilities:

1. Verify the payment/collection requests and educate employees regarding compliance with company policies and procedures. Process the payment/collection accurately and in a timely manner by following established procedures.

2. Maintain journals/ledgers and financial statements to verify data accuracy.

3. Prepare and submit financial reports to the government on a periodic basis, ensuring the reports are aligned with accounting principles, company requirements and governmental laws and regulations.

4. Prepare accounting documents and/or requested by other departments ensuring the relevant and accurate transmission of information.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in finance or accounting

2. Minimum 2 years accounting experience in Joint Ventures or Foreign Enterprises, and be familiar with Chinese GAAP and China tax laws

3. Detail oriented

4. Good communication skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software

6. Good English skills in both verbal and written
