职位描述：
主要任务/Main Tasks:
1, 新客户、新产品测试过程工艺的开发、跟踪、改进和确定Process development, tracking, improvement and confirm when new customer or new product introduced.
2, 热处理技术和工艺的改进、调整及升级Improve, adjust and update heat treatment technique and process.
3, 根据客户需求测试新的热处理工艺，并满足客户量产要求Develop new heat treatment process according to customer, and satisfy customer’s requirement before mass production.
4, 辅助销售与客户之间的工艺沟通，可行性分析及热处理质量问题的分析解决Assist communication between sales and customers regarding processes, including feasibility analysis and quality issue analysis & its solution approach.
5, 客户热处理工艺的解释和沟通Explain and communicate with customer about heat treatment process.
6, 日常生产工艺改进和开发Daily improvement and development of production processes.
7, 配合设备部门确保热处理工艺不受设备维修和保养的影响Cooperate with equipment department to ensure the production process not affected by equipment repair and maintenance.
8, 工装治具及设备的策划、购买和改进Design and purchase fixture or equipment when needed during process development and improvement.
9, 确保生产的流程符合公司产品的需求Ensure the production process in line with the requirements of the company's products.
10, 生产工艺相关文件的制作与更新Create, update production process related documents
11, 上级安排的其他工作事项Other assignments from supervisor.

要求Requirements
1, 金属材料及热处理类专业，本科或以上学历。
2, 熟悉金属材料的热处理工艺及金相分析。
3, 三年以上热处理工艺等相关技术经验。
4, 有较强的逻辑分析能力。
5, 勤奋、团队意识。
