职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Ensures a safe clean working environment

2. Ensures 100% conformance to Swoboda Operating System in production operations

3. Works with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
与生产团队合作，以确定和实施过程改进
4. Works directly with customers to define and negotiate product technical specifications

5. Lead the FMEA team主导FMEA团队
6. Leads the overall installation and launch activities主导全面的安装和启动活动
7. Specifies machines and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment for new or continuous improvement programs
指定机械和电气，气动和液压设备的新的或持续改进方案
8. Ensures that production requirements are met for the first 6-9 months of production
确保前6-9个月的生产满足生产要求
9. Follow up all Engineering changes from customers跟踪客户工程变更的实施
10. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
11. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1、Associate degree above大专以上
2、Major in machine, manufacturing or engineering 机械工程相关专业
3、Automative industry priority汽车行业优先
4、At least 8 years solid experience in D&D project management/new products design/ development, new products pre-production preparation, qualification for all aspects of full production, co-ordination of inter-departments as well as outside vendors, projects (automatic) follow-up and management.八年以上的研发部门项目管理/新产品设计、产前准备之管理经验，及批量生产之前的各方面验证，内部各部门之间及外部供应商之间的沟通协调能力，及汽车零件项目的跟踪和管理经验
5、Chinese fluent中文流利
6、Technical English CET4 (nice to have) 最好懂技术英文CET4
