职位描述：
职责：
◆管理运输和仓储的日常工作，控制运输成本以符合公司目标；
◆配合上级对公司物流、供应链的运作模式及物流配送网络进行规划和设计；
◆分析每月运输数据，挖掘运输和销售环节中的弱项关系并提出建议；
◆考核管理当前合作和备选承运商，起草、签订运输合同/协议并制定运价明细表；
◆管理物流承运商以使货物准确及时安全送达目标客户手中，并不断提升承运商的服务水平；
◆提供实时管理和作业报告，保障库存管理系统和实际库存情况数据精确；
◆负责与各渠道商超收货区沟通、协调工作，建立通畅的客情关系；
◆负责下属员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作；
◆检查并保证现场工作按标准流程操作；
◆完成上级交办的其他工作
任职要求：
1、大学或以上学历；
2、5年以上物流管理经验，熟悉ERP/SAP、MRP系统；
3、具有较强的沟通和协调能力；
4、团队合作精神；
5、熟练掌握计算机应用软件；
6、具有良好的英语阅读和交流能力； 举报 分享
