Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Tooling maintenance and issues debugging；
确定和建立模具的保养计划，并执行模具的保养计划及解决出现的问题；
2.Serve as a consultant to production / manufacturing on all tooling related issues；
对生产制造所有模具相关的问题提供技术支持；
3.Actively participate in continual improvement/innovation, corrective action and internal/external customer satisfaction；
积极参加持续改进、创新项目和纠正措施，且提高内外部客户满意度；
4.Audit tooling supplier technology capability, evade potential technical risk, fully give tooling supplier technology support, handle tooling problem solving and get rid of any technical roadblock in tooling production；
审核模具供应商供应商的技术能力，规避潜在技术风险; 给模具供应商提供全面技术支持，主导解决模
具问题，扫除生产的一切技术障碍；
5.Do all other job well which are assigned from supervisor。
做好主管分派的其他各项任务。
Requirements 岗位要求：
1. Over 5 years experiences in tooling design or manufacturing；
五年以上模具设计和制造经验；
2. .Experiece in mold qualification process；
有模具验证经验；
3. Good English skill; both written and oral;
良好的英语水平，包括口语和书写；
4. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通技巧；
5. Good Analytic Senses;
良好的分析技巧；
6. CAD knowlegde, prefered in Solid Works.
CAD技能，擅长Solid Works。
