Position Responsibilities:

1. 制定、完善和实施公司的物资、采购战略；
Draw up, improve and implement the company’s materials & purchasing strategies.
2. 负责部门的日常管理工作；
Due to department daily management work.
3. 部门员工的管理、指导、培训以及工作评估；
Due to manage & guide the subordinate’s work, and evaluate their work performance.
4. 负责应付款的审查工作；

Due to payment checking work.
5. 组织对物资市场信息的收集和分析；

Due to organize the collection and the analysis work for the materials’ market information.
6. 维持与供应商的关系，协商竞争价格和劳务合同。
Duo to keep the relationships with the suppliers, and communicate the competition price and the contract.

Job Qualifications:

1.电子行业5年以上采购管理工作经验；

Above 5 years’ purchasing management work experience in electronic industry or plastical industry.

2.熟悉采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核及相关质量标准体系；

Familiar with purchasing procedure, and the evaluation systems of the supplier and the quality standard.

3.良好的组织和协调能力，团队协作能力强；

Good skills for the organization and the co-ordination.

4.良好的谈判、人际沟通能力；

Good skills for the negotiation and the communication.

5.具备较强的职业道德素质；

Have the makings of the occupational ethics.

6.英语听、说、写流利。

Listening, Oral & Written English is excellent.
