Report to: Industrial Engineer Manager (German)

Role:
1.Responsible for Equipment and Process Planning.
2.Responsible for the whole process from Equipment Concept Planning to Release of Equipment.
- Preparing Technical Specifications;
- Preparing all documentation according to Automative Standards;
- Finding of good Suppliers in coopertation with Purchasing and Quality;
- Working in Projects with Development and other Project Team members;
3.Draft and maintain job instruction, inspection plan, PFMEA for assembly lines.
4.Technical support on maintenance of production equipment.
5.Process improvement.
6.Build up a good cooperation with Germany headquarters.
7.Other technical jobs in production area.

Requirement
1.At least Junior College degree.
2.Around 5 years' experience in Auto industry.
3.Rich knowledge about semi and fully automatic assemblies.
4.Good team and organizational skills.
5.Good written and spoken English.
