职位描述
This position is required to design and implement the company’s localization strategy, to locally outsource products/commodity from suppliers in the Asia Pacific region with alignment to total business direction & priorities, to meet the localization and cost saving target including develop low cost and high quality suppliers/products, negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the company, shorten the overall lead time of the supply. Ultimately to make supply chain of the company a competitive advantage of the business.
Job Responsibility:
-Design and take initiative in Sourcing strategy to achieve localization goal and support business growth in Asia Pacific region.
-Develop, monitor, and maintain active cost reduction programs for the company thru multiple sourcing, value engineering or global outsourcing alignment.
-R&I new product development process, manage project priorities and implement projects, effectively communicate with sales and marketing to drive project progress.
-Identify and develop new suppliers to ensure a competitive environment to facilitate product cost management and innovative product execution.
-Responsible for RFQ, negotiations of purchases and contract with suppliers involving wire, cable and connectivity products from all sources.
-Continuously improvement on supplier management including database, product, process sustainability, corrective actions, etc; and achieve high quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery and service for the company.
-Regular report to management for sourcing performance including TTI, KPI, RC, CM, APs, and keeps management advised of any developments that may affect supply chain operations
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Business/Commerce or Engineering, candidate with wire & cable or connectivity knowledge is preferred.
-Over 5 years of working experiences in Sourcing, Purchasing or Supply Chain in a multinational company, ISO qualified certification is an advantage.
-Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking; must have CET-4 or higher qualification in English.
-Ability to read and understand bills of material and other technical as well as knowledge on commercial documents.
-Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills.
-Self driven and pro-active, good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Team leader and team player
