?Responsible for technical building utilities, like compressed air, cooling water, aircon etc.
?Participate in the planning / performance specifications in the preparation of equipment
?Preparation and execution of preventive maintenance plans, ensure all equipment is running at all times
?Machine installation and approach the machine
?Identify errors and plan / execute correction immediately
?Maintenance and repair work
?Responsible for the machine software
?Work within established expense limits, control costs
?Responsible for Machinery spare parts (Procurement / Warehouse)
?Training of operators
?Ensures a safe clean working environment (TBU area)
?Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts
?Deal with contact persons at the government, e.g. Stategrid
?Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

EXPERIENCE:
Electric or mechanical Engineer with > 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
Experience with European branded TBU equipment, legal certificates required in China to deal with High- and Low Voltage Equipment
