?Responsible for the technical specification of molding tools and molding machines
?Participate in the planning / performance specifications in the preparation of equipment and special machines
?Support of all other departments in terms of material selection, tool specification, supplier selection and operation parameters
?Performing optimization work (OEE, quality target)
?Lead tool try outs, ensure documentation and smooth SOP
?Responsible for the machine software
?Error identification and plan / execute immediate correction (lessons learned to avoid this error in the future)
?Support FMEA project teams and the quality department (solve customer demands, improve product quality)
?Training of operators
?Ensures a safe clean working environment
?Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts
?Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical engineer, worked more than 3 years as supervisor molding area, capable for setting molding machines, experience in tool maintenance
