?Responsible for the technical specification of all production equipment
?Participate in the planning / performance specifications in the preparation of equipment and special machines
?Support of all other departments in terms of technical feasibility, specifications and supplier selection
?Performing optimization work (OEE, quality target)
?Lead try outs of new equipment, supervise installation and guarantees appropriate function in the production process
?Works inside a given budget
?Responsible for the machine software
?Error identification and plan / execute immediate correction (lessons learned to avoid this error in the future)
?Support FMEA project teams and the quality department (solve customer demands, improve product quality)
?Training of operators
?Ensures a safe clean working environment
?Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts
?Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical or electrical engineer, > 3 years in a similar function, proven experience in the set-up of complex automatized equipment.
