Job Responsibilities:
1.Improve manufacturing processes to achieve cost savings, improve quality and decrease cycle time to improve profitability of the company
通过改善制造过程来达到成本降低，改善质量和降低生产周期来提高公司的利润。
2.Determine root cause of issues and design and change the process to eliminate problems
确定问题的根源来设计变更工序以消除问题的发生。
3.Systematically use Six Sigma methods to resolve issues
系统地运用6-SIGMA的工具来解决问题。
4.Establish machine technical standards, SOP, quality standards and safety regulations.
制定相关的SOP和质量标准和安全规范
5.Train the operators about operating machine, quality, Set-up, maintenance.
培训员工操作机器，品质识别，安装以及维修设备。
6.Be a team member and leader in Kaizen activities
作为一个小组成员或组长参与持续改善的活动
7.Improve the safety in the factory
参与公司的安全的持续改善
8.Design and implement control charts in the processes
设计和参与制定公司的工序控制表
9.Support 5s and other Lean activities
参与5S和别的精益生产的活动


Job Requirements:
Education:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Work Experience:
Minum of 4-8 years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferably mechanical based in a Lean, Pull-type, reduced inventory products system.
至少有4～8制造行业工作的有精益生产，拉动模式和减少库存方面的相关经验，Must have experience participating in Kaizen events
必须有参与持续改善活动的经验
Must have a record of significant process and design improvements in the factory which led to cost savings and better efficiency and quality

-Must have a record of being able to plan a project and complete it per the schedule
必须要有能制定项目计划并且能按照每个计划完成项目的能力
-Must have green belt certification
必须要有6-SIGMA绿带的证书。
-Must have Lean manufacturing training and have practically used VSM, poke-a-yoke, error proofing, set-up time reduction techniques
必须要有精益生产的培训并有参与使用VSM,POKA-A-YOKE,防错，展开时间减少的技术
-Must have developed FMEA and control plans
必须有制定FMEA和控制计划的能力
-Must have mechanical and electronic capability

Necessary Competency Requirement:
Knowledge concerning metals (products / raw material) is preferred
Computer skills – AutoCAD, MS Office requireKnowledge of bearing products (preferred)
English skills (reading and speaking), minimum CET - 4
Strong analytical and handwork skills,
Lean Production
有金属加工（产品/原材料）方面的经验优先。
计算机技能：熟悉CAD和办公自动化软件。
有轴承制造方面的经验优先，
要熟练英语的读写，至少CET - 4
有很强的分析能力和敬业精神
有一定的精益生产经验

注：本职位要求工科类背景，有机械行业项目管理经验，英文良好
