岗位职责：

1、全面深刻理解客户要求，满足客户需求并与客户进行重要有效沟通；

2、负责公司所属重要项目（柜台/专卖店/化妆品道具）的创意方案设计工作；

3、竞图方案设计及后根据客户签认的方案进行细部设计；

4、完成材料板、图纸规范和说明(图说文件)，包含送审图，投标图说，施工图说和竣工图等制作及整合工作；

任职资格：

1、室内家装设计及相关专业；

2、三年以上空间设计工作经验；

3、能独立完成方案设计及效果图表现，精通施工工艺及材料，能对施工图进行审核，施工交底 及现场协调，在施工过程中控制质量及效果；

4、有项目设计主创能力，能独立主持完成项目方案、效果图、施工图及跟踪服务等系列工作；

5、有很好的空间概念及丰富想象力，并能有效的运用相关的设计概念和元素；

6、熟练掌握Office、excel等办公软件，熟练使用CAD、3D Max PHOTOSHOP等相关专业软件。

Responsibilities:


1. To learn and meet customer’s request through effective communication with customers.
2. To be responsible for creative design for key projects on counter, retailers or cosmetics props
3.Detail design based on customer’s approved scenario after submit competition design
4. To be responsible for drawings with materials & drawing specification, including drawing for approval, tender, construction & as-constructed drawing.


Necessary experience


1.Major in indoor decoration or related
2.Above three years’ working experience on space design
3.To be able to work on 3D design & sketch independently, familiar with fabrications process and materials, to audit on the construction drawing, construction disclosure and coordination on site, to control the quality and effect during the construction
4.Be able to lead on project design, from the project scenario, 3D design, construction drawing and follow up
5.good concept about the space, to use the concept design and element effectively
6.Be familiar with software, such as Office, Excel, CAD、3D Max PHOTOSHOP
