Responsibilities:

1. Build up HR management structure authorized by controller.

2. Follow labor and company regulation, make enrolment and dismiss procedure for employees.

3. Set up and renew individual documents of employees. Prepare statistics report concerning to promotion, demotion, register and dismiss etc.

4. Well know company's policy for regular position, Prepare recruitment and purpose suitable person in right position according to planning and requirement of company.

5. She/He will be in charges of monthly salary preparing according to attending record. She/He shall analysis wage and compensation and purpose reasonable salary and improving measurement.

6. Answer questions raised from employees about labor law, company HR policy and help to deal with HR conflict.

7. Handle working VISA and invitation letter for foreign people.

8. Monitor behavior of employees based on company regulation and discipline in employee handbook.



Requirement



1.More than 6 years HR experience in foreign investment Company, At least 3 years HR supervisor experience.

2.Fluent English Skill on speaking and writing

3.Bachelor Degree equal or above

4.HR qualification is preferred

5.Initial working spirit
