DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:职责和责任
? Build and maintain relationships with customers 建立和维护客户关系
? Provide customers with efficient and professional priority support at all times to prevent downtime

? Become (and continue to be) an expert in our systems and equipment; from our detailed in-house designed software to our electronic equipment. A diverse range of tasks which could include checking solenoid timing, weigh bridge setup, parts swap out and setting up software. A mechanical aptitude is also important

? Install, commission and train operators for new installations and upgrades of our equipment
