Production Engineering Related Responsibilities
生产工程相关职责

? Create or modify drawings and bills of materials of parts and assemblies for production
新建/修改生产图纸、零部件和装配件材料订单。
? Create or modify Work Instructions, optimize manufacturing and assembly processes
新建/修改工作说明说，使制造和组装流程达到最优化。
? Support Production, Quality, and Procurement in engineering issues resolution, including issues recording and monitoring, and root cause analysis
协助生产、质量和采购在工程方面问题的解决，包括记录、跟踪工程问题和分析问题根本原因。
? Ensure engineering process and workflow are compliant with ISO9001 quality management system
确保工程工艺和流程符合ISO 9001质量管理体系。

Procurement/Localization Engineering Related Responsibilities
采购本地化相关职责
? Work with product design engineers to ensure Design for Manufacture principles are being followed
? 与产品设计工程师合作，确保生产实践的设计被遵循。
? Work with Mechanical Design Engineering team to ensure engineering designs are optimized for local manufacturing and procurement
与机械设计工程团队合作，确保工程设计为当地生产和采购达到最优化。
? Provide technical support for new supplier qualification, ongoing audit and quality issues
为新供应商的资质，持续的审核和质量问题提供技术支持。

Essential Skills and Experience
基本技能和经验
? Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD
精通三维设计软件，如SolidWorks 和CAD。
? Minimum 5 years of production engineering and mechanical design experience, with thorough understanding of international drawing conventions and tolerances
至少5年生产工程学和机械设计相关经验，熟悉国际绘图公约和公差。
? Good understanding of local manufacturing practices and capabilities, especially in sheet metal work, machining, and metal casting
很好的理解当地生产实践和能力，特别是在钣金加工，机械加工和金属铸造中。
? Strong communication skills, good English skills in reading and writing
沟通能力强，英语阅读和写作方面水平良好。
? Western equipment manufacturing WOFE or JV experience a strong plus
