职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 建立机械硬件标准，包含：指定机械零件品牌、定义机械零件重要功能、制定应用规范
2 建立机械设计标准，包含：机械设计输出标准、建立各类标准功能结构模块
3 建立严谨的机械技术的审核、验证流程，不断提高审核及验证标准，持续推动高质量设计输出
4 主导机械技术输出的评审，负责机械设计输出的最终批准
5 建设机械技术的人员技能识别、技能培训提高体系
6 支持研发中心的各项自主技术研发、外部技术消化吸收，负责内部推广
7 支持机械部经理提升团队及工程师工作效率效果

任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，机械相关专业
2.八年以上机械设备设计开发经验，汽车行业经验优先
3.熟练应用Solidworks软件，并能应用CAD等相关软件
4.熟悉常用的材料特性，并清楚其使用场合
5.熟悉各种材料的表面处理方法
6.熟悉配合公差，形位工差，累积工差的运用
7.熟悉液压系统，连杆传动机构，齿轮传动机构等
8.会受力分析，量化计算（压力，扭矩，流量，速度等）
9.懂得设计中的相关校验方法
10.看的懂及能书写英文技术文档,良好的英语听说能力 举报 分享
