职位描述：

Purpose of job;

- Identify the circuit protection and EMC needs on customers’ product design, and provide technical recommendation and/or solutions accordingly in order to generate company products demand and to increase sales figures.

- Provide technical and quality control support that are related to the scope of company business.

Job requirements;

- Education Diploma graduation

- Experience & Knowledge > Over 5 years engineering and sales experience in the EMC segment

> Strong and solid EMC design, lab and on-site testing and

troubleshooting and debug skill and techniques

> PCB layout

> Electrical engineering design

> Hands on operation of EMC test instruments

> EMC standard and regulations

> Approval process

> Strong command of computer: Microsoft tools including Words,Excel, Power Point etc

- Special Skills English (good written & fluent oral), self-initiative, detail oriented, strong inter-personal sales skill, able to work independently and yet a good team player, good sales negotiation skill, ability to meet deadlines, innovative

- Preferred Track record of EMC sales, automotive Industry Standard, test standards and methods, CAD software

Main tasks (responsibilities) (including but not limited to);

- Identify & understanding of circuit protection and EMC needs on customer’ product design

- Tailor circuit protection and EMC solutions that are able to generate company products demand (involve sales negotiation with customers)

- Lab and on-site testing/diagnosis with the use of test instruments

- Work and liaise closely with customers on a continual basis resulting in enhancing customers’ interest and demand on company products

- Work and liaise closely within the Group (locally and internationally with engineering and sales team) on a continual basis

- Work under set direction on predetermined objectives, targets and goals.

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Customer visits and visit and participation of customers, exhibitions, conferences, and committee groups etc.

- Presentations (including but not limited to company profile, products, successful projects etc.)where necessary.

- Trip (cost effective) when required

- Customer technical liaison and quality control support where necessary (coordination with sales team)

Will coordinate/involve in multiple projects simultaneously

Important outputs (including but not limited to);
- Circuit protection and EMC solutions (scope of company business) for customers
- SAP, CRM, NBOs
- Visit and testing schedule and plan (some will be in presentation format)
- Detail visit, Testing and Technical reports etc (some will be in presentation format)
Creative and innovative idea input for internal use

Performance indicators (including but not limited to);
- Reach predetermined set goals
- Customer satisfaction
- On-time submission of report, planning, and presentation etc.
