Timely, accurately and efficiently performs the following job duties准时、精确、高效的完成下列工作：:
1. Found quality management system and get approval from third party according to ISO9001-2008 requirement; quality management system continue improvement
根据ISO9001-2008质量体系要求，建立公司的质量体系并通过第三方认证及后续质量体系改进
2. Get the QS certificate and manage certificate according to QS implement procedure
根据生产许可证实施流程，准备申请文件并取得生产许可证及后续生产许可证管理
3. Get the LA certificate and manage certificate according to LA implement procedure
根据LA认证的流程，准备申请文件并通过LA认证及后续LA认证标志管理
4. Define the inspection flow of process quality checking and create the inspect instructions accordingly
过程质量(IQC；IPQC);产品质量(FQC;OQC)检验流程定义及检验指导书编制
5. According to related requirement to mange laboratory; DCC management
实验室管理；DCC文控管理
6. Supplier management; isolated warehouse management
供应商管理；隔离库的管理
7. External/internal complaints, audits and CIP management
内/外部质量抱怨、质量稽核的管理
8. Others tasks from supervisor/manager
主管/经理安排的其它工作

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications 教育/经验/技能:
1. College or above education; about 5 years quality management work experience
大专及以上学历，五年以上质量管理工作经验；
2. Be familiar with ISO; QS and LA approval procedure; and with related work experience
熟练掌握ISO，QS（工业生产许可证）和LA认证的流程；并具备相关工作经验
3. Be familiar with laboratory management according to QS and LA requirement
熟悉实验室管理，及QS和LA对实验室的要求
4. Fluent English
