职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? 负责长期执行持续改善，成本控制活动
? Responsible for continuous improvement for long-term run, cost control without any waste
? 针对现行量产品生产工艺条件、生产布局、作业手法、各工序时间平衡等通过现场观察、时间测算、数据统计分析、人员培训、人机工程等方法，完善和提高生产线的产出和产品的品质，降低制造成本；
? according to the current SOP product production process conditions, production layout, operation methods, time balance in each process, etc. Through the field observation, time measurement, statistical analysis, personnel training, and ergonomic engineering, complete and improve production line output and the quality of products, reduce the manufacturing cost.
? 负责生产部的Kaizen活动的组织、改善收集、审核、提交发表等事项，确保每月满足部门KPI的管理要求；
? Continuous improvement: responsible for the production of Kaizen activities of the organization, improvement idea collection, submit and publish the result, ensure to achieve the department KPI target every month.
? 针对经常发生故障的设备，或者某些问题经常反复出现类似问题的，应及时收集现场员工的意见反馈和设备情况分析收集情报，对维修部展开问题跟踪调查，配合维修部一起找出根本原因，并采取有效措施防止再发；
? contrapose frequent failure of equipment, or some similar problems often appear repeatedly, should collect on-site staff feedback and equipment situation analysis of intelligence gathering, issue tracking survey of maintenance department, together with maintenance department to find out root cause, and take effective measures to prevent recurrence
? 新产品和新项目：负责与工艺工程师对接，参与新产品和新项目的推行实施计划，学习并发现新产品、新工艺、新生产线设备在试作阶段存在的问题点并反馈意见和建议，在项目量产后，负责验收设备、工艺等量产所需的各项资源，并接收相关文件；
? New product and new project: responsible for docking with the process engineer, involved in the implementation of the new product and new project implementation plan, learn and discover new products, new technology, new production line equipment in the test phase of the existing problems and the give feedback opinion and the suggestion, in mass production project, responsible for the acceptance of all kind of resources such as the equipment and parameter processes etc. and receive the related documents.
? 文件：根据APS要求、公司体系要求、客户要求，指定生产部的各类流程文件、作业指导书、记录文件、培训材料等文件。领导CI team to 解决每日的问题
? According to the requirement of the APS, company's system requirements, customer requirements, designated the production of all kinds of process documents, work instructions, record files, training materials, etc. lead CI team to fast response and solve daily problem
? 根据PC&L的要求提供相关基础数据来计算产能、人员需求、班次需求等信息；
? According to the requirements of PC&L provide basic data to calculate the capacity, personnel requirements, such as shift demand information
? 针对生产过程需要增加rework的工序，需要对其进行分析和讨论，找到解决方案取消rework；
? In view of the production process need to increase the rework process, need to be analyzed and discussed, find a solution to cancel rework
? 服从上级安排的其他工作；
? Obey the other tasks assigned by superiors
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? 大学学历或以上，主修工业工程专业；
? College degree or above, major in engineering related field;
? 3年以上的大中型企业IE改善和工程类工作经验，汽车行业相关的优先考虑；
? More than 3 years of large and medium-sized enterprises experience of Improvement Engineering or other engineering, automobile industry related is preferred；
? 具有较强的逻辑思维、综合分析能力、沟通协调能力和主动性；
? Has the strong ability of logical thinking and comprehensive analysis, communication and coordination ability and initiative;
? 熟悉工厂管理和精益生产管理；
? Understand plant management and lean production management;
? 熟悉ISO 14000、OHSAS 18000和TS 16949 系统化的管理要求；
? Familiar with ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 and TS 16949 system requirement; 举报 分享
