职位描述：

1. Lead the development of mechanical design concepts for machinery, manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
2. Understand factory automation technology and equipment.Design mechanical systems for automation and manufacturing equipment.
3. Review equipment design for compliance with engineering principles,company standards,product requirements,and related specifications.
4. Involved in the machine test and verification, and solve the technical problems in the machine production.
5. Practice six sigma and Risk Evaluation and some of the design of experiments for better qualities as needed.
6. Significant involvement in automation opportunities allowing for the seamless transition of new products to assembly facilities.
7. Establish benchmark and justification criteria (e.g. return of investment).
8. Working with intellectual property (IP) teams and legal teams to innovate and tostrengthen IP strategies and portfolios in advanced manufacturing automation technology.

Requirements:

1. At least 7 years,for Bachelor degree,or 5 years for Master degree,technical experiences in manufacturing automation with a detailed knowledge of current automation technologies for precision electromechanical manufacture and/or optical system manufacture.

2. Adept at the integration of engineering design systems to manufacturing automation systems for various volume and mix combinations.

3. Experienced in the development of specific automation manufacturing systems incorporating flexible and modular automation.

4. Ability to communicate technical ideas, vision and inspire people at every level to deliver and execute automation platforms of the Technology organization.

5. Very experienced in mechanical design with Solidworks and/or Pro E/Auto CAD.

6. Be familiar with all the machining technology and equipments such as milling, grinding,lathe, wire cut and CNC.

7. Good knowledge of cost estimation.

8. Knowledge in PLC programming and vision system will be an added advantage.

9. Willingness to travel frequently, and as necessary, to support a Regional technology organization with significant presence in China and other regions.
