职位描述：
Report to: Industrial Engineering Team Leader
Subordinate: 0

The Role
- Responsibility from Cost Calculation until Production (with ongoing support and process ownership)
- Cost calculation with specialist input – reliability for result and due date in time
- Develop back-up plan for Equipment and part failure for a continuous delivery line
- Stability of processes
- Responsibility to analyze and work with tools like PFMEA to find root cause (considering incoming goods and all other potential influences)
- Make the specification of the related tools, fixtures and machines and keep tracking until acceptance

The Requirements
- Responsible for new process development (state of the art research until to best practice implementation)
- Knowledge about state of the art processes in the technology section and in addition with the analysis from lean standpoint
- Familiar with the Filter cap/filter paper/Glue/felt/foam PU materials
- Familiar with the Filter(Oil/fuel/air) /filter paper/capacity/flow rate test methods
- Familiar with the Filter cap welding/pleating/gluing/curing
- Knowledge about laser marking/printing and also packaging
