职位描述：
Facility Manager (Maintenance and Project engineering)

Main Job Goals:
1. Responsible for managing factory facilities to ensure the normal operation of all equipment, safe operation of the entire plant.
2. Management is responsible for all maintenance personnel, and providing training and guidance.
3. Project management.
4. Compliance with other relevant rules (e.g. EHS) and regulations of the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Device Management
a. management and maintenance team daily work.
b. emergent repairing service.
c. responsible for the development, improvement and implementation of periodic preventive maintenance programs.
d. prepare and update basic file maintenance.
e. preparation of technical documents and equipment maintenance management file.
f. management equipment, spare parts and inventory, security service use.
2. The person responsible for the management of maintenance personnel including "performance management, performance feedback, training, guidance, recruiting, working plan etc.".
3. Operation optimization and Improvement
a. comply with Environment, Health and Safety guidelines with EHS team.
b. generate and update maintenance procedures and operational guidelines.
c. using LEAN to improve equipment service and energy efficiency.
4. Budget management.
5. Plan on company Engineering and Construction projects.


Qualification:
1. English fluency is a must
2. Bachelor degree
3. Hands-on attitude
4. Proven employment history
