职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1、Review the customers component data/design and prepare the DFM Report.
检讨客户组件图纸，准备DFM报告。
2、Review with the Project Manager and Tooling Leader.与项目经理和模具经理共同检讨。
3、Review the requirements for a suitable tool design and prepare the Tool Specification.
总结模具设计要求，制作模具规范。
4、Discuss the selection of suitable tool makers from the Tool Suppliers Matrix.
参与讨论合适模具供应商的选择。
5、Prepare the Request for Quotation documentation from suppliers. 准备询价单。
6、Assist with the preparation of the Basic Tool Concept Design for quotations.
 协助准备报价所需的基本的模具概念设计。
7、Assist with the final selection of the tool supplier. 参与讨论供应商的最终选择。
8、Work with the selected tool maker to finalise the tool design to Swoboda Tool Specification.与确定的供应商合作，最终确认模具设计符合Swoboda 模具规范。
9、Review with the Project Timing Plan with the Tool Supplier and Project Manager.
与供应商和项目经理一起，检讨项目进度计划表。
10、Prepare the detailed Tool Specification for the Purchase Order and Purchasing Department.提供详细的模具规范给采购部下订单。
11、Finalise the tool design with the tool maker.Obtain approvals if required with Project Manager and customer.与项目经理和客户商议，最终确认模具设计。
12、Progress the tool manufacture with regular reports against the Timing Plan.
定期追逐模具生产进度。
13、Prepare T1 tool trial and measurement reports.准备初次试模和测量报告。
14、Arrange the Correction Loops with the tool maker.安排模具设变。
15、Monitor the Corrections against the Tool Maker Correction Loop Timing plan.
监督模具设变生产进度。
16、Carry out subsequent Trials and Correction up to PPAP.执行PPAP前的所有模具试模和设变。
17、Attend the Project Meeting for the project.参与项目会议。
18、Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
19、Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Associate degree at least, in mould design or relevant subjects. Practical knowledge and experience is more essential than a high level of formal education.
模具设计相关专业大专学历，具有实际运用知识和经验。
2. At least 5 years experience in Moulding Tool Design, Component Design and Mould Manufacture with a major manufacturer. Preferably in the automotive supply industry. 100%
至少5年大公司注塑模具设计，组件设计和模具生产经验，最好是汽车产业。
3. Process Engineering experience would be a definite advantage. (Moulding process). 75%
具有注塑工艺经验，会是一大优势。
4. Knowledge of the machining processes (High Speed milling, EDM, Wire Cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.). 75%
具备机加工知识，如CNC，放电机，线切割，磨床，钻孔机等。
5. Experience of tool design for tight tolerance engineering component using engineering grade materials.
针对公差较小并且使用工程材料的模具，具备模具设计能力。 75%
6. Have basic skill of moulding machine and tool assembly. Ability to work with tool makers, provide instructions and assist if necessary with tool repairs. 75%
具备注塑机和模具装配基本知识。具备指导和协助钳工修模的能力。
7. Good skill in Auto CAD, UG, ProE applications or other design software. 100%
熟练操作CAD，UG，ProE等设计软件。
8. Competance with modern computer systems to prepare Presentations and Technical Reports. 100%
办公室软件操作熟练，准备技术报告文件。
9. Good experience and knowledge of insert-molding tool design, and manufacture using Vertical Rotary table injection moulding machines and Horizontal Injection machines will be positive advantage. 50%
具备良好的镶件模具设计，转盘立式注塑机和卧式注塑机使用知识，将是一大优势。
10. Requirements of Tool Maintenance procedures and processes are important. 100%
