职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? 负责拟定生产部门的目标，工作计划。组织实施检查监督和控制
? Make the target , work plan of production, and organize people to implement and regularly monitor , control the progress and results
? 组织生产，按照生产计划要求确保完成生产任务
Organize production and ensure to complete production tasks according to production planning requirements
? 带头主导处理生产过程所发生的异常情况, 并能及时处理和预防再次发生
            Take the lead to deal with the abnormal situation of production， handle the problems
             prevent the same problem recurrence
? 组织生产流程布局的优化，合理分配资源提升标准产出；定期评估生产所需资源
Organize production process layout optimization, arrange reasonable the resource to contribute the maximum output, Reguarly evaluate production resource to meet customer demand
? 管理生产员工，使之适应公司企业文化，关注员工发展，帮助提高下属技能水平和管理水平,员工培养减少员工流动率
Manage production staff in order to help them adapt company culture, focus on staff development, improves staff skill level and management level, and organizes the training activities, conduct employees development and reduce staff turnover ratio
? 提升产品质量，与其他相关部门合作，控制生产过程中不良品的发生
Control the production process of non-conforming output
? 定期组织生产/维修/EHS/ 及相关部门稽核设备，工作环境, 并负责执行生产设备的日常保养，维护
? Organize production , maintenance, EHS ,and relevant functions to audit equipments, work conditions，implement daily equipment maintenance
? 组织开展生产区域的APS的各项活动（5S，Kaizen等等）
Activities in the organization to carry out the production area of APS (5 s, Kaizen etc.)
? 贯彻执行公司EHS各项管理要求，并预防各项潜在不安全事件发生
To carry out the management of company EHS requirements (production area)， avoid occurring unsafety incident
? 监控完成生产各项KPI指标；
Monitor and complete production all KPI figures
? OPEX管理控制， 生产成本控制
OPEX management control, and control production cost
? 上级交办的其他事项
Other tasks assigned by superior

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? 大学学历或以上，主修工程制造相关专业
     College degree or above, major in engineering related field
? 5年以上的生产管理工作经验，汽车行业相关的优先考虑
     Above 5 years production management experience, automobile industry related is preferred
? 优秀的领导力和善于组建高效团队
      Excellent leadership and good at constructing efficient team
? 良好的分析生产需求的能力
     Good ability to analyze production requirements
? 熟悉工厂管理和精益生产管理
Understand plant management and lean production management;
? 良好的说/写英语能力
     fluent English skill both in oral and written
? 熟悉ISO 14000、OHSAS 18000和TS 16949 系统化的管理要求
