职位描述：
职位要求：外销业务员(International Trading Sales )（工作地方：昆山市花桥亚太广场一号楼）

1.负责公司国外业务的拓展工作。通过电话，电子邮件联络海外客户，接受海外客户询盘、报价、订单确认、制单、订仓等项工作;
2.有良好开拓市场能力并独立完成整个工作流程；
3.协助主管做好国外市场开发工作，收集和整理国内外商务信息.
4.做好工作日记及做好相关文件的存档；
5.维护与海外客户的日常业务联系。
6.协助参加国际展会.熟悉B2B电子商务操作流程者优先考虑(主要是阿里巴巴外贸平台），熟练利用网络、展会等平台作产品推广工作；
7.有花园，家居，礼品,马口铁或塑料，胶粘带制品产品经验者优先。

职位描述及要求：
1. 从事外贸业务，应届大学毕业生英文需要六级或有经验的外贸业务人员
2. 国际贸易相关专业,专科以上学历,英语六级.1年以上外贸业务工作经验;
3. 熟悉外贸流程和信用证业务,有很强的独立处理整个订单流程的能力；头脑灵活，善于分析市场；
4. 具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力，可直接与国外客户进行沟通，有独立与国外客户沟通及谈判的商务能力；
5. 为人诚实乐观，具备优秀的团队精神，具有高度的责任心和工作热情，能承受较大的工作压力；
6. 悉电脑操作，熟练掌握Office办公软件的使用和电子邮件的收发。
外贸经验：至少两年以上。
薪 水：（不包括奖金、佣金、年薪、股票、期权等奖励性收入）

Sales—Home, Garden, Gift and packing accessory

Job Purpose:
To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division's business objectives.

Job Descriptions:
1. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders
- Communicate customers' requirements to factories
- Handle customers' inquiries
- Monitor production status
2. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
- Check samples
- Pack and send samples
3. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
- Source material or accessories
4. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Urge documents from factories, e.g. vendor review reports
- Maintain strong business relationships through regular contacts with factories
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:
1. Education Level: College or university graduated
2. Years of Experience: Minimum 1 years experiences in Buying/Trading office in Home and gift or gardening field or Packing Material like tape products' experience for overseas Market.
3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point etc) professionally.
5. Customer orientation, initiative, team player, good time management skill.
