Qualifications:
1. Candidate should possess a bachelor degree.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and executive related occupations. Experience in similar position is preferred.
3. Ability to resolve administrative problems independently.
4. Excellent organizational skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
5. Good English writing and verbal communication skills.
6. Must have good skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must adapt well to new technologies.
7. Ability to work within a team environment as a multi-task taker.
8. Able to be a good quick-learner, and can work under pressure.
9. Must be honest, easy-going, and can work in a flexible working environment .
Essential Duties:
1. Perform timekeeping tables, visit arrangements, event planning tasks for team members.
2. Perform on bookkeeping monthly.
3. Support project teams on purchasing and documentation management .
4. Other tasks assigned by manager.
