职责描述：
岗位描述：
1. 负责组织和指导公司项目指标管理，组织进行公司项目经营计划的编制、分解、下达、调整和监控工作；
2. 负责组织和指导各部门开展经营分析，对公司整体经营情况进行综合分析；
3. 负责组织和指导电子商务运营工作，组织和监督各部门制定公司各项管理制度和业务流程；
4. 负责制订可行性、阶段性的网站运营方案，根据电子商务运营模式，针对不同商品及项目，开发切合用户利益的新型运营促进策略；
5. 负责组织指导市场调研、市场数据的搜集 竞争对手分析工作。
6. 负责利用后台数据收集工具进行数据收集及分析，定期做出业绩报告；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上电子商务运营经验，其中2年以上电子商务运营管理经验；
2. 熟悉O2O网站营运模式和电子商务平台，熟悉网上购物和销售、推广、优化、维护、更新技能知识；熟练电子商务平台的操作规范和流程；
3. 熟悉网站运营流程和网站运营指标数据分析，良好的文案功底，熟练使用office办公软件；
4. 熟悉各大电商平台自然排名规则及影响因素有一定见解；
5. 具有一定的策划能力，对市场敏锐的观察、判断能力；较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力与组织协调及分析、决策能力，有亲和力，强烈的责任感与敬业精神。
