职位描述：
Main tasks and responsibilities
Guests/visitors reception
Reserve meal, drinking water, stationary, business card and EE badge etc.
Reserve air ticket or hotel for travel.
Coordinator for the arrangement of company van and shuttle.
Be in charge of the distribution and collection of all the incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
Screening and transfer incoming calls in respectful and friendly manner.
Reception for all the visitors and candidates for interview friendly and respectfully.
Statistics of OT& OT meal.
Responsible for the receive of the new staffs administrative things and return of the dimission staffs administrative things.
Responsible for the arrangement for the guests about pick –up & bring from the airport to the plant, hotel booking and lunch purchase.
Responsible for the statistics, purchase and distribute the stationery for each department
Assit in daily office administration and in coordination with other departments.
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Personal compliance with “Code of Conduct”

Qualifications
College Degree Above and majored in English or HR Related.
Good Communication in both Mandarin and English.
Good use of Word, Excel and Power point.
Fresh Graduate will be preferred.
Nice personality with patience, carefulness and react quickly.
Sense of service orientated and honest.
Good team work spirit.
