To ensure CKC QMS and process are in the condition of continuous, appropriate, sufficient and effective.
保证CKC QMS管理体系及过程是持续、适宜、充分和有效的。

? Daily Reporting to: QA & QC Team Leader – Compac Kunshan, China
? 日常汇报对象：康备科中国昆山质量保证和质量控制团队组长

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责
? 体系的策划、推行、维护、改进、及体系推行过程中的监督管理等；
? QMS establishment, modification and implement training accordingly.
? QMS体系文件的编制 、修订及培训；
? Assist management representative organize internal audit and management evaluation.
? 协助管理者代表组织内部的审核活动及管理评审活动；
? Propose improvement requirement and report management result to top management.
? 提出改进需求及建议，向管理层汇报评审结果；
? Maintain and monitor all the process based on ISO 9001 standard.
? 体系标准执行过程中的维护和监督；
? Collect, statistic and analyze the quality goals then report.
? 体系质量目标数据的收集、统计、分析和通报。

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Essential Skills主要技能
? Rich knowledge in ISO 9000 standard
? 熟练掌握 ISO 9000标准
? Have the Qualification Certificate of Internal Auditor or CCAA registered Auditor is plus
? 具备内审员资质或国家注册审核员资质优先
? Familiarity with PDCA, 8D, 5W etc. tools
? 熟悉PDCA, 8D , 5W等质量工具
? Familiarity with MS office software, for example, Word, Excel, PPT etc.
? 熟练掌握 MS 办公软件，例如：Word, Excel, PPT 等
? Good skill at learning, cooperation and execution
? 良好的学习能力、协作技巧和执行力
? Good training skill
? 丰富的培训能力
Education and Experience 教育程度和工作经验
College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
? 大专学历， 机械工程及相关专业或相应的经验
? 4+ years of related working experience. Previous experience in machinery or equipment manufacturing industries preferred.
? 4年以上相关工作经验。有机械或设备制造业工作经验者优先。
? Western WOFE and manufacturing company experience preferred.
? 欧美外企及生产型企业经验优先。
? Good English skills in reading and writting.
? 良好的英语阅读及书写能力
? Full driver’s license preferred
? 有驾照者优先
