Position Description & Purpose
Under the direction of superior, this position partners with each stakeholder to identify and diagnose organizational demand including staffing and developmental needs, administers interventions, and track to ensure effectiveness.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and improving the overall training system, and selects / delivers / develops instructional methodologies in order to facilitate learning and development. He or she should also customize existing or develop new programs to meet training needs and assesses trainees in order to evaluate training and development effectiveness. At the same time, the incumbent should participate in the recruitment according to specific instructions from the China HR Director.


Essential Job Functions
l Training system construction
Build up and improve the overall training system, including a full variety of modules on training resources management, related training policies and framework, training needs collection and analysis, training plan making, and training effectiveness evaluation.


l Training needs
Collect and advance opinions on the need of training and evaluate the data in line with the organization’s business need and top management request.


l Training plan
- Summarize the training needs data into training plan and present to top management for review.
- Execute or monitor the execution of the training plan


l Training evaluation
- Build up and maintain complete training database
- Evaluate the training programs from the perspective of business value


l Training delivery
- Participate, support, or take the lead in developing training programs in line with the actual need
- Take the responsibility of new employee orientation


l Organization development
Through leveraging interventions such as learning and coaching, develop employee’s capability, knowledge, and potential, with a view to maximize the match between the employee’s capability and the need of business.


l Communication
Participate in building up and improving effective communication channels to facilitate the free information flow between management and the employee.


l Recruitment
Participate in the recruitment tasks as instructed by the China HR Director.


l Other
Other tasks as assigned by superior


Education
l A minimum of bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.


Experience
l At least 1 – 2 years of experience in training and recruitment of comparable profile with the background of MNC.
