岗位要求 Requirement:

-本科以上学历,模具、机械、高分子材料等专业Bachelor’s degree or above, Major in model, mechanical, high polymer material engineer or related；

-熟练应用APQP/项目管理方法进行新产品的开发Familiar with APQP and project management method to develop new products；

-有三年以上汽车零部件行业产品项目工程师经验3 years or more experience in automatic on project engineer is plus;

-熟练使用英语与客户交流，沟通协调能力较强Good command of English , communicate with clientsfluently；

-熟练使用常用办公软件Familiar with Office, CAD, CATIA(or other 3D software )；

-熟悉TS16949、QS9000 Familiar with TS16946,QS900

岗位职责 Responsible:

-Comprehend the requirements of the production and the technical documents including casting drawings and finished drawings;

-Draft checking methods, tools and the fixture;

-Draw the layout and display the equipments reasonably to transmit smoothly;

- Ensure projects completed according to the schedule;

- Draft gauges for new productions. Ensure the design reasonable and operation easy. Track the machining progress;

- Draft the fixture for new productions. Ensure the fixture steady, chip removal smoothly and clamp easily. It has Pork-York. Track the machining progress;

- Manufacture new productions. Summarize the issues during machining and feedback to relevant

- Departments to solve issues directly;

- Track the new productions’ issues;

- Edit PFMEA & Control plan;

- Edit and release process cards, operating instructions, casting drawings, tool lists , tool setting instructions etc;

- Estimate and release the working hour. Analyse the compositions of the working hour. Ensure it accurate;

- Assist sales department to analyse the quota process. Put forward improving suggestions for the technical issues;

- Assist PD/QA to solve the issues in production site;

- Assist QA complete the process check of the new productions;

- Report the job schedule to the superior at regular intervals;

- Communicate with other departments and support technical assistance.
