职位要求：
- 大专以上机械或电子专业
- 3年以上工作经验
- 外语：能够流利书写和口头交流英语或韩语
工作地点：苏州或昆山，并能够接受出差
任务：
对于在客户现场安装的协微产品进行服务
工作职能：
- 在客户端协微产品提供产品安装调试技术服务和定期维护工作。
- 提交工作报告给公司各职能部门
- 对客户进行培训
- 确保安全措施管理
- 参与公司其他管理措施

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION
- Education: College Diploma or above
- Working Experience: 3 years
- Preferred foreign Language: Good spoken & written English or Korean
Location: Suzhou, Frequent travelling within China is required.
MISSION
Support all SHAREWAY products at customers sites
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical service and maintenance to all Shareway on site equipment
- Installation and commissioning of equipment at customer’s site.
- Provide an efficient service and technical support to all Shareway customers.
- Ensure correct completion of service reports.
- Ensure correct completion of time sheets.
- Provide training for service staff and representatives as required by their functions.
- Provide product training to customers.
- Ensure correct completion of trouble reports.
- Support and implementation of SHAREWAY ISO 9001/14001 quality system.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Manager of SHAREWAY.
